WAAA is being developed with the help of volunteers and AI academies to service the needs of its members and to be a “one stop” location to for the AI academies and training institutions collaborating to train the “army ” of AI entrepreneurs needed to deliver the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The intention is that WAAA members will collaborate with their governments to implement the National AI Entrepreneurship Training Initiatives within their countries using the pool of centrally developed AI training courses and resources. It is also expected that 17 new AI courses that will be jointly developed to cover the 17 SDGs and that up to 100 products and services needed within each SDG will be identified giving a list of around 1700 products and services. These courses will show AI entrepreneurs how they could use no and low code systems and ai -agents to develop some of thousands of products and services that will be needed by the 2.2 billion population in the developing world who will be coming on line in the next few years. In adition to the 17 courses specifically focussed on the SDGs , there wil be 12-15 courses targeted at the key underserved groups such as indigenous peoples , subsistence farmers , the unbanked , those needing education or medical services in remote rural areas
This will enable WAAA members to significantly increase the numbers of AI trainees and hence their incomes Once fully operational we will expect / want members to participate in identifying the sorts of services that will be most useful to them. For the present , the volunteer management team have identified a few topics that we think will be most useful for our members.
